Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Vuldak provides refunds for webinar registrations, course enrollments, and other educational services purchased through our platform. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

Eligibility for Refunds

Live Webinar Registrations

Refunds for live webinar registrations are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event
  • No refunds are available after the webinar has commenced or concluded
  • If a webinar is canceled or rescheduled by Vuldak, a full refund or credit toward future events will be provided

Pre-Recorded Courses and Content

For pre-recorded educational content, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Content access must not exceed 20% of the total course material
  • Completion certificates, if issued, must not have been downloaded or claimed
  • No refunds are available for content that has been fully accessed or downloaded

Subscription Services

For subscription-based access to our platform:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Completion certificates and credentials already issued
  • Access fees for archived webinar recordings
  • Custom or private training sessions that have been delivered
  • Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Purchases made more than 90 days prior to the refund request

Refund Request Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@vuldak.top with your refund request
  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for review of your request

Processing Time

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content or attending a live webinar:

  • Contact our technical support team immediately at contact@vuldak.top
  • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
  • If the issue cannot be resolved and is determined to be on our end, a full refund or credit will be provided
  • Internet connectivity issues or incompatible user equipment are not eligible for refunds

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies with appropriate documentation
  • Unforeseen personal circumstances
  • Other extenuating situations

Please contact our support team to discuss your situation. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions such as account credits or transfer to future events.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:

  • Contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution
  • Provide details of the disputed charge including transaction date and amount
  • We will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account

Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund are the responsibility of the customer.

Modifications to Services

Vuldak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or content at any time. In such cases:

  • Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • Prorated refunds or credits may be offered for discontinued paid services
  • No refunds will be provided for free content or services

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
