Refund policies vary by webinar and service. Generally, refunds are not provided for completed webinars or accessed content unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuldak and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vuldak in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vuldak and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
